Hi! I'm Shayla, the Co-Founder + CEO of Iron Society. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of coaching clients and helping them achieve big goals, get strong af, transform their bodies, and learn how to blend fitness into their lives in a way that works for them.
However, one big thing I've discovered during this time is that progress is not always about achieving goals. Sometimes, life is crazy, demands on our time and energy are high, or mental health struggles make it hard to commit to a serious, structured plan. Now, sometimes we need to push through those challenges. (A lot of personal breakthroughs happen when we do difficult things!)
But other times, we need to pivot and shift our focus to overall wellbeing. Sometimes, it's not about setting goals, hitting PRs in the gym, or transforming our physique. Sometimes, we need to get rid of the all-or-nothing mentality and simply "do what we can".
This is something I help guide my coaching clients with, and helping them through their own struggles has inspired me to put this approach together into an accessible program for you to use when you need it most.
This program is for the tough times, when investing into yourself and your health seems impossible.
