TRAINING SYSTEM
TRAIN WITH PURPOSE
Structured training phases that progress throughout the year, designed to build on previous blocks and keep your training moving forward based on real performance and consistency, not static workout programming.
New training blocks begin the first Monday of each month, with the flexibility to jump in and start at any time.
When you enroll, you’ll enter the current month’s training block and follow the live weekly schedule from your start date, with the flexibility to reschedule upcoming sessions within your training calendar when needed.
Real results come from intelligent progression, not random workouts. The Project is built around the same phase-based training principles we use with our coaching clients to keep you moving forward throughout the year.

The Project includes built-in methods to adapt for your training experience and movement preferences, but if you are brand new to lifting (or returning after an extended break), we recommend starting with The Project: Base.
This is a 12-week foundational program designed to build confidence with core movement patterns and prepare you to transition into The Project with a strong weightlifting baseline.
