RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION
The Project and The Project: Elite are recurring subscriptions billed every 4 weeks. Your membership will automatically renew unless canceled. There is no minimum commitment, and you can cancel at any time.
PRE-STRUCTURED GROUP PROGRAM
The Project is our pre-structured monthly program. If you’re looking for a fully personalized experience with training based on your specific needs and goals, in-depth nutrition coaching and meal plans, and high-touch communication, please apply for Lifestyle Coaching or High-Level Coaching instead.
How It Works
STEP 1
ENROLL & GET STARTED
When you join, you’ll start by choosing a 3-day or 4-day training split based on what fits your schedule best right now.
(You’re never locked into a training split if you need to shift up or down.)
If you want to train 5 days per week, you’ll also have access to our Focus Workout collection, with sessions designed to target specific muscle groups so you can dial in on your personal goals.
STEP 2
FOLLOW YOUR PLAN
Structured training phases are updated the first Monday of every month.
(Don’t worry if you're starting in the middle of a month, plans are made so you can jump right in!)
You can also choose to activate a goal-focused cardio program to promote fat loss, overall health, or conditioning.
Your training and cardio are designed to keep you progressing year-round as you increase strength, improve your physique, and build consistency.
STEP 3
ADAPT TO YOUR LIFE
Every plan adapts to your needs and schedule, with full-length or quick workout options available for each session.
Plus, every exercise includes easy exercise swaps to match your experience level and equipment, or adjust for busy gyms and home workouts.
Tailor your plan to your goals even further with our bonus workout collections - ranging from core circuits, intervals, recovery, mobility and more!

THE PROJECT: ELITE
LEVEL UP
If you enroll in The Project: Elite, you'll also receive personal coaching support from Coach Chris with in-depth progress check-ins every 4 weeks, personalized protein and calorie goals, integrated habits, and supplement guidance. Your first Elite check-in begins at Week 4!
