After applying, you’ll book a call with Coach Chris to review your goals, answer questions, and determine the best coaching structure for you.

Once enrolled, you’ll begin your onboarding week, which includes an in-depth questionnaire and movement assessments, initial strategy protocol development, and guided setup for your Iron Society coaching app.
