WE'LL SET UP A CALL

We'll review your application and get in contact with you within two business days. If accepted, we'll schedule a call to make sure we know all about you, your needs, and your goals - and then place you with your new coach!

ENROLL + ONBOARD!

From there, you will receive your signup link and begin your onboarding process! Your plan typically will begin within two weeks from enrollment.

  • Who will be my coach?
    Our Iron Society coaches are educated in proven, science-backed methods, and are equipped to handle a wide range of needs and experience levels! After reviewing your application and finding out more specifics during your consult call, we will place you with the coach who is the perfect match for you and your goals. We view your journey as a team partnership. Not only will you receive exceptional personal coaching from your coach, but they will work in collaboration with our head coaching staff, Chris and Shayla, who will provide additional oversight and guidance. Additionally, if you are enrolling directly through one of our coaches, you will have the option to select them on your application!
  • How often will I hear from my coach?
    Our goal is for you to feel confident every step of the way, and we pride ourselves on getting you the answers to your questions ASAP. You will most often receive a response same-day, even within the hour, and less time-sensitive questions will always receive a response within 24 hours. We give priority to our clients by using our built-in app messenger, and always want you to have your questions answered as quickly as possible. Whether it's check-in feedback, or a random question that pops into your head, we are here "in your corner" to give you clarity and the knowledge you need to succeed.
  • Is there a minimum commitment period?
    Progress of any kind takes time, and there is often some groundwork that needs to be done when first starting your plan. We've worked with hundreds of clients over the years, and know from experience that you need to allow the body time to respond to the changes you're making. We require all new clients begin with a 12-week startup plan. This timeframe allows for results to begin compiling and for your coach to learn how your body is responding to different adjustments. At the completion of your 12-weeks you will have the option to continue your coaching with your coach on a month-to-month basis (at a VIP discounted rate as well!)
  • How much does Lifestyle Coaching cost?
    Our Lifestyle Coaching program prices range depending on your needs and enrollment period, and fall within the industry averages for personal online coaching of $250-$500 month. We offer multiple payment options for Lifestyle Coaching in order to make this program accessible for people with various circumstances. We want to reduce the barrier to entry so we can partner with you to change your life! Please feel free to book a consult to find out more information about pricing and the program. (This call is zero pressure and is there to serve you and answer any questions you may have.)
  • How experienced do I need to be?
    Whether you are a complete beginner or a total "gym rat", we've got you covered! Our coaches are experienced in working with a vast range of backgrounds and needs. We've coached stay-at-home moms and dads, pro bodybuilders, competitive athletes, busy professionals, and grandparents working to keep up with their grandkids! Whatever level you are at - and whatever your requirements are - we will meet you there.
  • I don't have any crazy goals (I don't want to be a bodybuilder or powerlifter), I just want to get in better shape. Is this the right place for me?
    Perfect - you're in the right spot! We have no pre-determined destination for our clients. You are unique and we create your coaching experience around you as an individual, with individual goals. Whether you feel those goals are big or small, we're here to support you to achieve them all. (And if you are looking for bodybuilding coaching, you'll want to head over and check out our Competition Coaching info instead.)
  • Is this really a customized plan?
    1000%. From your training to your rest days. From your warmups to your workouts. From your nutrition goals to your habit goals. And everything in between! Your plan will be fully tailored to your individual needs and what you want to achieve. And beyond that, we focus on more than "checking the boxes" with food and exercise alone. We look at you as a whole, and partner with you to develop a roadmap that gets you where you want to go, while taking into account all of the demands on your time and energy and life. This is about creating sustainable results that you get to keep, even after you're done working with us! Not only will you transform your body, but your mindset as well.
  • How will my training and cardio plan work?
    We will first find out about more about your history, goals, and needs. From here, we craft a plan that is efficient and realistic, and deliver it to you via your personal account on our app. Every detail is covered - and not only will you know what to do, but why you're doing it. As you progress, your plan progresses with you, so that you are not only achieving those goals, but blending fitness into your lifestyle long-term.
  • What equipment do I need?
    Our coaching program is all about tailoring your plan to YOU. We work with the equipment you have available - whether you are working out at home or the gym, or a combination! While we highly encourage joining a gym for access to a greater variety of exercises and more weights, we understand that every individual has different needs. Our coaches are educated on implementing results-driven methods no matter what equipment is available. If you are working out at home, we will help you with equipment recommendations to best optimize your investment in your at-home setup.
  • How will I know if I'm doing exercises correctly?
    We provide you with detailed exercise videos and form cues right within your workouts. Plus, your coach is there to answer any question you may have. We also encourage sending form videos using our easy video upload portal, which your coach will review and help you make adjustments to continuously improve form - making sure you are safe and getting the most out of each movement.
  • Will I receive a meal plan?
    At Iron Society, we embrace a sustainable, flexible philosophy around food. You will be provided with personal macro targets based on your history, current intake levels, and your health and fitness goals. As you progress and your body changes, your coach will continuously modify these goals as needed to ensure you are always moving forward. Instead of eating strictly from a meal plan or a list of "good and bad foods" (yuck) - our methods focus on nourishing your body and eating foods you enjoy! We want you to be able to maintain your results, and promote a healthy life, long into the future.
  • I have never tracked macros before, will I be able to do this?
    We know it can sound overwhelming if you have never tracked macros before! But we've got you. Your coach will help you understand and break down the process into small, easy-to-implement steps. We meet you where you're at, and rely on our philosophy of "layering" to ensure you have a solid understanding before moving onto the next step. Beyond tracking, we also implement a holistic approach utilizing habits and various intuitive and portion-based nutrition methods.
  • Are there any restrictions on eligibility for Lifestyle Coaching?
    While we coach a wide range of individuals with varying needs and goals, there are a few situations that require additional medical clearance or partnership with a professional who specializes in your needs. Medical conditions require doctor's clearance. We do not provide physical therapy for rehab or recovery from an injury. If you have clearance from your doctor to resume exercise, we will work in conjunction with their recommendations. If you are pregnant, we require additional clearance from your physician in regards to lifting and nutritional needs, and will work in conjunction with their recommendations. If you are recently post-partum (within 6 months), we require doctor's clearance to resume exercise. If you have a diagnosed eating disorder or struggle with disordered eating, we recommend working with a registered dietician who specializes in helping you with your needs. Once you are recovered, we are more than happy to work in conjunction with your doctor/dietician on the training aspect.
  • Do I need Facebook to be part of the Iron Society community group?
    Nope! Our Iron Society community groups hang out right within our app! Our groups are a place for you to share your wins and struggles, celebrate each other's success, and receive educational content, without ever having to check in on another platform. Everything is right here for you in one space. Joining Iron Society means you not only receive support from your coach, but from our entire Iron Society family.
