Complete the Lifestyle Application so we can learn about your history, goals, and health.

SCHEDULE YOUR CONSULT

After applying, you’ll book a call with Coach Chris to review your goals, answer questions, and determine the best coaching structure for you.

BEGIN ONBOARDING

Once enrolled, you’ll begin your onboarding week, which includes an in-depth questionnaire and movement assessments, initial strategy protocol development, and guided setup for your Iron Society coaching app.
