The Project and The Project: Elite are recurring subscriptions billed every 4 weeks. Your membership will automatically renew unless canceled. There is no minimum commitment, and you can cancel at any time.
PRE-STRUCTURED GROUP PROGRAM
The Project is our pre-structured monthly program. If you’re looking for a fully personalized experience with 100% custom training based on your specific needs and goals, in-depth nutrition coaching and meal plans, and high-touch communication, please apply for Lifestyle Coaching instead.
How It Works
STEP 1
ENROLL & GET PLACED
At enrollment, you’ll complete a short questionnaire.
If you're a beginner, or need to fine-tune some fundamentals, we'll place you into one of our three Foundation Programs so you start at the level that’s right for you.

Your Foundation phase reinforces key training principles and builds confidence, before advancing into our monthly Project training program.
* Experienced lifters will begin directly in the core monthly Project training program.

FOLLOW YOUR PLAN
Receive a new structured, progress focused training plan on the first Monday of every month.
Workouts are designed to keep you progressing and building strength, transforming your physique, and exploding your consistency and confidence.
Every plan is designed to fully adapt to your life.
You can choose to train 3, 4, or 5 days per week, with full-length or quick workout options available for each session.
Plus, every workout is loaded with easy exercise swaps to match your experience and equipment.

FOCUS ON YOUR GOALS
Focus on the areas that are most important for your own goals.
