How It Works
Elite
CHECK-INS & NUTRITION
If you are enrolled in The Project: Elite, you will receive personal coaching check-ins, with actionable feedback, every 4 weeks.
This includes custom macros, supplement protocols, and habit coaching, tailored to your goals, starting at your first check-in at Week 4.

BUILD YOUR FOUNDATION
After filling out your enrollment questionnaire, we'll place you into your initial Foundation Program:

Beginner - 18 weeks

Your Foundation program will solidify key training principles and gradually advance your confidence with fundamental exercises.
* If you are an experienced lifter, you will start directly in our core Project monthly training system upon enrollment.

Make PROGRESS EVERY MONTH
After completing your Foundation program, you will then move up into our core Project Monthly Training System!
Make smart, science-backed progress with each new training plan, beginning on the first Monday of every month.
Each monthly program is designed around 4 main workouts per week, with the ability to adapt to a 3 or 5 day workout split.

Every workout is designed with flexibility in mind - giving you the option to workout at the gym or home, and modify equipment as needed.
IN-YOUR-HAND EXERCISE GUIDANCE
Never walk into the gym feeling lost or unprepared again. The Project will give you the knowledge and guidance you need to build confidence with each workout.
Every single exercise features easy-to-follow demo videos and proper form cues.
