Once you are inside, we will find out more about you and place you in one of our four different training paths. These paths have been designed to meet you at your specific experience level, equipment, and goals.
The Initiation will challenge you to six weeks of committing to yourself, your goals, and your future.

FOUR TRAINING PLAN OPTIONS
We will place you in one of our four different training plan options - Flex, Bold, Build or Strong! Your plan will be specific to your experience level and your goals.

We take a comprehensive approach to health and fitness - which means we'll be laying the foundation for healthy habits every week.

WEEKLY MEAL IDEAS
Weekly recipes and meal ideas to help you make smart food choices and develop a healthy routine that makes sense for your goals and your life.

COACHING + SUPPORT
Your Iron Society coach will be in your corner to support you every step of the way. We're here to take away the guesswork so you can focus on achieving your goals.

NUTRITION EDUCATION
We'll be going over the key nutrition knowledge you need to continue making smart, nutritious food choices long into the future. No fads. No extremes.

TRAINING PATHS
You will be placed in one of our four training plan options, setting you up with workouts that are designed specifically for your experience level, your equipment, and your goals.

FLEX
Workouts designed specifically to challenge you at home with limited equipment and time. This is a 3 or 4-day plan each week, and you will only need your bodyweight, long-loop resistance bands, and dumbbells or kettlebells!
III
BUILD
Designed for lifters who have been training consistently for at least one year, and are ready to take your workouts and physique to the next level. This is a 3, 4 or 5-day plan each week, requiring gym access.

BOLD
Beginner weightlifting program designed to solidify the fundamentals, and help you feel confident in the gym as you transform your body and mindset. This is a 3 or 4-day plan each week, requiring gym access or a more advanced home gym.
IV
STRONG
This "powerbuilding"-focused program takes you through structured strength techniques to unlock your potential and explode your lifts. This is a 3, 4, or 5-day plan each week, requiring gym access.
