We're not about run-of-the-mill challenges or quick-fix fads filled with exaggerated promises.

 

The Initiation is your comprehensive six-week group program designed to help you build a solid foundation to truly change your life and achieve long-term success.

Each week you will be learning how to bring together the key pillars - training, cardio, nutrition, and habits - to solidify a routine that enables you to mesh fitness with your life.

Once you are inside, you will be able to choose between four different training paths. These paths have been carved out to cater to your specific experience level and goals.

 

(And don’t worry if you’re not sure which path is best for you - our Iron Society coaches will guide you every step of the way!)

The Initiation will challenge you to six weeks of committing to yourself, your goals, and your future.
